I had been looking for this recording for quite awhile. Luckily, I was able to find the filmer from his list and here is his YouTube channel (Backwoods Films) . I was able to speak with the filmer of the show. They said that the best gen of this show was a 1st gen VHS tape. He never made a digital version. They are reluctant to sharing out the tape to be transferred and have a huge backlog of tapes. Also need to dig out the tape itself. I hope in time we will be able to get a new copy for the archive directly from the Hi8 tape. This is a really good video recorded from the rear of the venue with a very steady picture.
