Just Like You Imagined
(with Mike Garson)Trent: TYVM! It is my great honor to bring out a friend and one of the most amazing musicians I've ever had the honor of watching, working with, becoming friends with: Mike Garson to join us in a few moments! [As Mike's piano being moved in on stage] In a perfect world the stage stuff happens where you can't see it... Shit rises up from under the ground, pulled up... Elves come on stage and do this. But tonight, tonight we're letting the curtain down and you can see behind, what really happens on the stage. Anyway, Mike Garson, and this is something from The Fragile that he played on.

Down In The Park
(Gary Numan cover)Trent: Gary Numan! Many many years ago, while I was trying to figure out... When I was forming my own musical identity... When I heard Gary's stuff, particularly The Pleasure Principle record, as a young man in a corn field in Pennsylvania, it had a pretty profound impact. And it's quite an honor, many years later, to invite him here on stage to do that. TY Gary. Here's a song we did of his, making it supposed to sound like it had vocals on it. Hey!

(Pigface cover)Trent: TY! TYVM! It's not that hot in here, I shouldn't probably be sweating this much. Once again, TY! TY for everything, for your support the past few years, TY! I'm either hallucinating right now or... I look out at people have t-shirts on that I've had throughout my life. This guy's got an obscure Ministry t-shirt, right? I had that on when I was in a studio recording the song we're about to play for you right now. If this is actually happening, I might just be... It's a weird flashback. Alright, here we go. All the way back to the beginning.

Trent: TY! TY all VM. Here we are. Wanna take an important matter and introduce to you my excellent band. On guitar and vocals: RF! On bass and keyboards and vocals and guitar: JMJ! And on drums, synths, piano, vocals: IR! It's been an honor to play with these guys, and I'm gonna miss them. It's been great to play with you and have you as friends, and hang out with you and... be cramped in a bus, and smell eath other's farts and all that kind of shit. But, this is uh... To be clear, we're just not gonna tour anymore as Nine Inch Nails, but we will be making music. I'll be making music with these guys, these guys will be making music on their own. You can find all about that... through our website. We contunie all different projects we're involved in. We're not stopping making music. I've got lots of stuff I wanna work on, I just don't wanna be touring or I'm gonna die I keep it up, so... Do some other shit for a while. I sincerely TY guys for your support over the years. It's been... I'm very fortunate, very lucky and I appreciate to have you here. I won't let you down. TY. [next song intro starts] Hold on one second, stop! [music stops] I forgot one important thing. Our crew... kicks ass! I wanna thank front house, lighting, you guys on the side, monitors, the guys who pull all the shit up and put off with me all the time. These guys have been awesome. And our show would not be what it is without these guys, and they are unsung and they need of a big round of applause. TY guys VM. [funny voice] "I'm goona miss you guys." Alright, now cue the sound effect. [song intro restarted] Wait, hold on a second. [music stopped again] I pointed down there and and I pointed at crew guys, but there's a whole bunch over here too [points to the other side of the stage], and didn't mean to leave you out. I promise I won't leave you out. There may even be guys up here [points at the ceiling] that I don't see. If I didn't point at you... I know there's guys out front selling t-shirts, TY all VM. Alright, [??]. Let me think... alright. Cue the sound effect, let's start this again.

A fantastic recording, there is a little bit of phasing here and there, but its really not noticeable. A very very clean recording. Its good to have so many recordings of the last show.

Notes
I still cannot believe that with the internal mics that this recording is such good quality! The only reason that it gets a 3.5 is because in some songs the bass is intense and it overloads. But for the majority of the show its a great recording.

Notes
I was glad Mike recorded this show. He was about to not tape because his mics were shortening out. There are no talkers around, really an all around perfect tape.

Chaonatic's video footage is some of my most sought after video recordings. I was never able to get the raw footage (or even the final product files) for the archive. His footage is some of the best from the 2008-2009 tour. I am not sure if he did film any more shows from 2013-2018. But if you're out there. I would love to chat about your footage! These are just some of the songs that were recorded from the night that were uploaded to YouTube. I don't think the full recording was ever released. Some of these videos were uploaded in 1080p and some in 720p. Thank to fillow, this was ripped from Chaonatic's YouTube channel.

Lots of hype behind this one. One where people waited, I believe, 5+ years for it. Nothing to really write home about. Editing is ok, audio is meh. I just expected more from this project. Especially when there was so much hype for having lots and lots of HD angles.
