Recordings
Notes
Incomplete recording. This is most of NIN's main set. Misses the NIN/Bowie portion. Recording is rather flat and lacking bass. If anyone has the full NIN set, or a lossless upgrade, please get in .
Notes
Incomplete recording. This is the NIN/Bowie portion. The recording is better than the one above, but distant. This comes from a cassette, but it may be DAT sourced. If anyone has the full NIN set, please get in .
Notes
Incomplete recording. Starts during the Bowie/NIN segment. Anyone who has been to Tinley knows it's notorious for being a horrible venue for sound. This is a prime example of it. Although this says it is sourced from a Silver CD, I am not quite sure. Should be noted that David Bowie had a bout of the flu this night and his set was shorter than normal. If anyone has the full NIN set, please get in contact.

NIN's set is recorded starting during the middle of 'Sanctified.' This includes Bowie's set as well. Half of NIN's set the filmer tries to record the stage and then starts to film the screens. I guess this was a normal thing on this tour? Either way, it's an ok recording once they start to film the screens. I for one am not a fan of these. But it's a decent document of the show.
Notes
Recording starts during the Bowie section. Missing almost all of the NIN songs. This is from a recording called "Thank You Cleveland."

This audio source is ripped from the video recording of this night. Audio is pretty good and this is also the only source available from this night. Big thanks to Ligushka of the DM Live Wiki for transferring the VHS tape audio, hope to soon get the video from it as well! A huge thanks to Ryan W. for sharing the VHS tape with me. I know I have had it for years and been meaning to transfer it, so it should be done relatively soon and will get it back into your hands. The video of this source is good as well. Filmed from a tripod, the shot is obviously stable and unobstructed. Must note that 'Terrible Lie' is missing the beginning, as many shows from this tour do, so it is somewhat incomplete. The full Bowie set was recorded as well. But, as usual, not available on the archive.

A very good audience recording. There are a few spots where the HiFi audio drops out and the normal linear audio track is played, but they are only a couple seconds long each time. There isn't a lot of dynamic range and it sounds pretty reverberated, but that's to be expected from camera audio. The beginning of "Terrible Lie" is missing, "Breaking Glass" is missing a segment near the beginning, and "Nite Flights" has a small missing segment toward the end of the song, otherwise this seems to be a complete recording as far as I know - but I did not listen to much of the Bowie set. Thanks to Matt for transferring this. Thanks to RJ Wood for allowing me to have this tape for probably close to 8-9 years before sending it back? Like Matt said, this tape is decent. Would definitely love a lower gen of this footage, as it is one of the better video recordings from the outside tour. The aspect ratio is messed on this. Again, I am still trying to figure out video editing/archiving. When loaded into video players, it's stretched. But you can adjust the aspect ratio to 4:3 in order to get the proper alignment.
Notes
Includes the Bowie set. Starts during the NIN/Bowie section. It's a pretty bad recording because the transfer level was so low. No point to fix this version because it's an mp3 copy and I should be looking for a new source of this. Would love it if anyone has one!
Notes
Includes the Bowie set. Starts during the NIN/Bowie section. Not the same as the other sources.

Catches the end of 'Terrible Lie' and this video recording films the screens from the lawn. Audio is ok and the video from the screens is not fully center on the recording. Not the best video I've seen, but could also be due to the high generation this recording probably comes from. Ends after Hurt.
Notes
None.
Notes
Incomplete recording. "Terrible Lie" fades in at the beginning, "Sanctified" is missing, and "Hurt" is missing. Very tinny recording.
Notes
Incomplete recording. "Terrible Lie" fades in at the beginning, "Sanctified" is missing, and "Hurt" is missing. Below average recording. Not sure if this is the same source as the "Monsters In Space" recording, as this also is missing the two songs that the Silver CD is. I can't find any similarities with crowd noise.
Notes
Big thanks to Smores for the upgrade with this tape. More than likely this is from the DAT recording that circulates. Smores had no other information with this tape, so if anyone has more info, please get in contact! Initially I had this on the archive with just the NIN/Bowie portion in mp3, and it was in terrible quality. The recording is very good! While transferring this, there is a noise in the right channel during the end of "Gave Up" and "Down In It." Not sure what it is, but it was on the cassette. Would love to get a DAT clone copy of this. Enjoy the tape! This is the 16 bit version. This can be burned straight to CD. If you would like the 24/48 version, you can find it on DIME or the NIN Drive.
Notes
From Bowie Station, where they took Source 1 and a DAT source (I assume source 3) and merged the two recordings together to create a full show.

This is only the NIN portion and not the full show. Filmed from the rear/right and this is a presumed low-gen recording. It's a very clear shot and the film looks great. Audio is good as well. Definitely a great film to have from the Outside Tour and I would love to get any info on this recording if anyone has any! Thanks!
Notes
Not the full show. This silver CD is on one CD which is the reason why it is not the complete NIN set. The beginning of "Terrible Lie" is cut and "Eraser" was not recorded or not kept on the silver CD.
Notes
Includes the Bowie set. Starts during the NIN/Bowie section. Not the same as the other sources. Probably the most taped show on the Outside Tour.
