Mr. Self Destruct
Trent: TY! TYVM. This is it! Tell you a story. Way way way way way way back, about nineteen... say eighty-- eighty-nine... I always was in love with Chicago, and Wax Trax record label, and bands and the scene coming out of that. I was kinda like-- I lived in Cleveland, and it sucked in Cleveland. And Chicago was where it seemed like all the cool shit was happening. And when Nine Inch Nails kinda formed, we got a record deal, we came to Chicago to do our first two videos with community called H-Gun out of here. It was like, hanging out with cool people and a cool city, and a cool record coming out, and it felt like the greatest time in my life. And now, 75 years later, we're all here together. Still alive... That story didn't go anywhere, but it reminds me, when I come to Chicago, I think of that. And I fucking love this place. TY so much for your support over the years. TYVVM. Here a song that I wrote in Chicago so many years ago. Hey hey, go!

Suck
(Pigface cover)Trent: Yeah! TY! I wanna take one second and introduce the guys in my band, who deserve all the credit. On guitar: RF! Drums and keyboards: IR! Hey, step into the light, man. Step into the light! IR! Bass, keyboards, vocals: JMJ! Also I'd like to take a second and thank my excellent crew for doing a great job on these last... however many years we've been out, TY guys! Alright. Now that I'm done kissing everybody's ass, let's get on with it. Okay.

All of us collectively, individually, we'll be doing stuff. Watch the website, it will keep you posted about... our things. We've got a lot more to do, so... Don't, don't kill yourselves yet. Not just yet. I'd like to take a second to announce and introduce and invite out a big inspiration of ours and a friend of ours... that's called a 5th member of Nine Inch Nails, Mr Peter Murphy.

A good recording like the rest of them. Its hard to rate any of these recordings from Chicago because its not because of the equipment, its mostly the acoustics of this ballroom. They are just bad.

Notes
Good recording but there is some phasing here and there because of getting bumped and really not caring how well the tape turned out as it was my last NIN show I would go to, so I just stopped and enjoyed the show. The tape is more for the purpose of doing it rather than releasing it. There are better sources than mine I am sure.

Brian filmed some of the show as well, not just audio. Some really great shots. I wish he would have filmed the entire show.
